  • You may be asked to present your ID throughout your visit
  • No outside food or drink
  • Use of electronic devices for recording, photography or calculating are not permitted
  • Credits are cash. Don’t leave credits in an unattended machine
  • Please don’t leave personal items unattended at a machine. You can request assistance from a representative on the floor

Prize disentitlement in accordance with OLG’s rules respecting casino games, the following are not permitted to win prizes:

  • Individuals under 19 years of age
  • Individuals restricted from accessing the gaming site or gambling as a condition of a court order
  • Officers, members of the board of directors or partners of the Operator of this site
  • Registered gaming assistants of an Operator at any gaming site operated by the Operator or OLG
  • Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees employed at the site
  • Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the site
  • Members or employees of the AGCO
  • Officers, members of the board of directors, or employees of OLG
  • Individuals trespassed from this site by AGCO
